by Joel Hendon(59)Some people don't like dogs. I can't imagine that. I even love mean dogs...far less than a good one but nevertheless, I just know that the mean one was raised and/or trained wrong. I've always said they are a perfect example of what we should be and I think God gave them to us to teach us that. Anyway, here are some quotes a friend sent me and some express my feelings also.

My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am. If God thinks you are as good as your dog does, you're headed in the right direction.
If we learn to live without the greatest comforts, eating the same tasteless food every day with joy and thanksgiving, beaming with elation at our Master with love and gratitude as dogs do, I feel sure God will bless us bountifully.
The next time you see one of these gallant creatures starving, speak a kind word to him and see if he doesn't return the kindness with a wag of his tail. Then feed him and you will have made a friend for the rest of his life at least.

Yes, I love to read those things, by the way there are hundreds on the internet, I just fcouldn't list them all. You can read as long as you want, simply by entering "Dog quotes" in to Google's search window.
